I have hurt my back and im on very strong painkillers so its hard to focus right now so I will update as soon as possible but I got my birch box and it is a good box this month so I look forward to taking the time to tell you about it.

So as you all know glossybox gave me 4 samples and not 5, so I missed out on a lovely lip blush. They said I would receive a new product to make up for the mistake but what I got was a lip gloss that I received in a glossybox when I was a member months ago. I never use this lip gloss because it is as if it was made for kids. They also were kind enough to give me a broken eyeliner... how kind.
I have sent a very unhappy email to them and I will inform you of reply.

Money taken from my account on the 6th and it was delivered on the 11th.
So glossy box promises to send 5 high end products... I got 4.
L'Occitane brightening hand care 15ml. Retail is £19.00 for 75ml so if my math is correct its £3.80 for the 15ml sample.
Nails inc london nail polish, colour - burton street 4ml. Retail £11.00 for 10ml so I work out that its £4.40
Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream 7ml. Retail £25.00 for 50ml so I work out that its £0.28 for 7ml
TREsemmé salon finish extra hold hairspray 100ml. Retail £3.13 for 500ml so I work out that's £0.62 for 100ml
So in total my 4 (should have been 5) products came to
£9.10 that's 90p short of the £10 this box cost so not value for money at all.
So glossy box this month gets a 4/10.
I have sent an email to glossybox about the missing product I got an email back saying a member of their staff will contact me within 48hours. I will post another post to inform you of what they done.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this, I will start off by telling you a little bit about myself.
My name is nicola smith, I am 24, a mother to a beautiful girl and I study counselling at college.
my life is pretty full on between college and my 20 month old daughter I hardly have any down time to just sit and relax but when I do I love to just pamper myself and forget he rest of the world exists even if it is only for an hour or two.
I have previously subscribed to both glossybox and birchbox and each had positive and negative points but today I took the time to subscribe to both again and in my blog I will post 3
